Our customer services personnel are either groomed from our core staff or engaged from private placement ads in local news papers. Regardless of the source, we make certain Bayshore Communications acquires the best in the business.
All customer service related issues are accurately documented and distributed. The Owner of Bayshore Communications gets all service related issues first. In some cases Bayshore Communications may not be able to immediately resolve or address your issues or concerns. Some may require record retrieval or further investigation. In either scenario, no enquiry or review will be left in a pending status for more than 24 hours. If we are wrong, or make an error, we will promptly admit it, and take steps to resolve the issues. No call center techno-bable here, we are fully accountable, responsible, and responsive.

On February 23,rd We signed
a contract with Verizon for a
new Cisco Voice over IP
telephone system. This
system will give us more
options than our previous
system. It will also help
us reduce some cost once
it is paid for. Our previous
system did a wonderful job
for 15 years but parts are
getting hard to find and
service on the system is
limited. The Cisco system
is scheduled for installation
toward the middle of
May 2010...
